A 9-year-old girl accidentally killed an Arizona shooting instructor as he was showing her how to use an automatic gun. The girl as seen in the image above,was being coached by Charles Vacca ,39 when she pulled the trigger.
According to reports,the girl had successfully fired the 9mm weapon several times in “single-shot” mode before Vacca changed the setting to “fully automatic” mode..The gun recoiled and it went over her head ,firing him.
The unnamed girl was at the shooting range with her parents who took the images .
