The main reason for piling on the pound is the amount of time they spend staying in and snacking together in front of the TV.

Settled couples also feel under less pressure to look good because they are no longer seeking a partner.
Childbirth is another factor - with women in particular blaming this for weight gain.
According to the research, 72 per cent of those polled felt under more pressure to stay slim when they were single because they were still looking for a partner.On the other hand, 82 per cent of couples said they put on weight after marrying or settling in a stable relationship.
And 54 per cent of couples admitted that they put weight on together.Women, in particular, felt under less pressure to stay slim if their husband or boyfriend was putting on weight at the same time

Dear Headies 2013 Organizers;

Let me start by saying I am not just disappointed in you but u have just proved to us that Nigeria is not getting better any time soon. You have been manipulated by a greedy and hopeless telecommunications company (MTN) because they sponsored your event and you forgot the ultimate rule that awards are meant to be impartial and should be decided by the general public especially when u told us to vote. You distributed the awards among four MTN ambassadors (Iyanya, Davido, Praiz, and KCee) and just one Glo ambassador won (Waje). Is that not politics or is it coincidence? Now let us analyse.

The Special Fraud Unit, Ikoyi, Lagos State, has arrested an account officer with Guaranty Trust Homes, Adeola Olokojobi, in connection with a N50m fraud at the financial institution.Prior to his arrest, Olokojobi was said to be working at the GT Homes, Saka Tinubu branch, Victoria Island.

PUNCH Metro gathered that the SFU had received a petition in October 2013, from a customer of the branch where Olokojobi worked. Headies2013 -Between Orezi & Waje on twitter...

So Orezi lost out to Waje in the Best Reggae/Dancehall category at the Headies last night and he tweeted sarcastically(above).Majority feel he was robbed of the award because his hit song "RIHANNA" is obviously the best dancehall hit in that category while Waje's"I WISH" is no doubt a fantastic reggae song.

Many fans tweeted their dissaproval and some blamed the headies for combining the two genres.

My opinion..I think if it's dancehall, Orezi's Rihanna has it. For reggae ,Waje is a good contender.So I guess the problem is with those who created the category..
