Transvestite's penis amputated after years of taping the organ down causes cancer

A Thai ladyboy who became an internet sensation for his online postings has had his manhood cut off after a cancer was apparently caused by years of taping the organ down.
Web star Sexy Pancake was diagnosed with a problem in his penis after a visit to a clinic in Khon Kaen, north-eastern Thailand, following a short illness, Daily Mirror reports.

Surgeons had to amputate his manhood to stop the cancer from spreading, local media reported.
During his three-year career, Sexy Pancake taped down his genitals virtually every day to make himself more convincing as a woman.

A short statement on his Facebook fanpage announced:

"Pancake started developing penile cancer because he always taped them up for photoshoots, and sometimes left them like that overnight."

Fans have been asked to donate cash to help with his hospital treatment.
