Are these Nadia Buari's twin girls?

According to several reports, this leaked photo circulating online features Nadia Buari's twins girls. The claims is that, though no cameras have been allowed near her and the twins, Jim Iyke used the photo for his recent 'miracle' tattoo (which he surprisingly didn't show off)...

Many swear the twins bear a striking resemblance to Nadia and Jim....
