Oops!! Lady Gaga Tumbles in Towering Heels(Photos)

 Lady Gaga stepped out her car in Istanbul and tripped,almost falling flat on her face.But being Lady Gaga, she didn't compromise her style thanks to the swift reaction from her bodyguard..

Now that's s diva..See how she still maintained her composure and facial expression...

Meanwhile, hours later see how she arrived in Greece..And she wasn't performing, she had men carry her into her hotel
