    I guess for the event its cool,but be careful what you draw attention to, you want to show off your boobs then make sure they are perky! also, she should not have worn the gold cuffs. the dress is attractive enough and the gold cuffs do not complement them especially on both hands. the cocktail ring is good enough as an accessory.
