Drunk man severs his genitals after becoming stuck on metal fence (Photo)

A Russian man lost his penis after becoming impaled on a metal fence in  Kuznetsk, Penza Oblast, south west Russia.
The 27-year-old severed his genitals after trying and failing to climb over the fence while drunk, local police say.

The unnamed man's eventually freed himself and managed to stagger to a local hospital bleeding profusely,east to west news reported.

However, his genitals remained on the railing, along with his ripped jeans.
Locals in Kuznetsk rushed to picture the torn-off penis still impaled on the fence, with images posted on social media sites.
