Another new photo of Brad Pitt as he is cleared of child abuse allegations

 Brad Pitt stepped out for the first time since his split from Angelina Jolie, looking visibly gaunt .He attended the private screening of upcoming film Moonlight - produced by his own production company Plan B - in Los Angeles this week.

Meanwhile, after being cleared of child abuse charges against him, Angelina Jolie's rep tells TMZ,

"Angelina said from the beginning that she felt she had to take action for the health of the family and is relieved that after their 8-week involvement, the DCFS is now satisfied the safeguards are put in place that will allow the children to heal."

The rep adds there's a legal agreement in place, signed by both sides, in which Angelina currently has primary physical custody and Brad has monitored visitation.
