Mum sparks outrage after filming herself teaching toddler how to smoke(Photos)

 Outraged parents have expressed their shock after a video showing a mum teaching her two-year-old how to smoke was posted online.

As his mother and an unidentified man blast loud music and laugh at his efforts to light up the cigarette .The man's hand comes forward to take the lighter and light it up, although he refrains from doing so, thus annoying the youngster .
The clip shared on Chinese social media has enraged many as they call on an investigation nto the abuse.
