 After publicly cheating on her, buying anew bachelor pad, going to rehab and then putting the pad up for sale, it appears Kourtney and Scott may have mended their relationship.The duo who share three kids were spotted out on a lunch date ..Kourtney was looking in happy spirits as she smiled all through .
