Kim Kardashian reveals swollen legs as she ditches heels for fluffy slippers

The pregnancy blues are taking over as Kim Kardashian was forced to ditch her heels for comfy slippers  as swollen feet took hold.
Kim who is expecting her second child with Kanye West in December, was pictured outside her hotel in San Diego in a glamorous black outfit..

This won't be a new thing as in 2013,she experienced the same swelling and wore strappy heels in a failed attempt to keep the swelling in check..
