Desperate move? Kris Jenner tricks fans with a fake baby North West to increase talk show ratings

Kim and Kanye made it clear they won't be revealing North West's identity on Kris Jenner's new talk show which premiered yesterday.
However, she devices a means to get viewers watching when minutes before the premier of her talk show, she tweeted a picture of a dark haired baby with the caption " you never know who might stop by our show tonight# watch Kris.
This piqued the interest of many who felt Kimye's baby would be revealed on the show as she had desperately hoped.
However, at the end of the show, it was revealed the baby belonged to her stylist. She also joked she wouldn't be able to kidnap Kim's baby and that North West would be revealed in due time

Many feel she exploited the child's image already...smart woman
