Well I can't say he's wrong or right,we all gat our opinions to certain matters,but on the other hand if a guy says hello,I dn't see why a lady shudn't respond,depnding on the manner of approach.success or not
The problem is some girls overdo their shakara like it's a trophy to count the number of guys they 'curved' in a day only to end up going to church to start praying and fasting for husband when it's too late.
