Two teens ordered for prom dresses online but were left disappointed when what they received was nothing like advertised.
Seventeen-year-old Alivia Briggs, from Alabama, had fallen in love with a pink mermaid gown complete with intricate silver embellishments, and purchased it online for $223.
Alivia posted the photographs on Twitter along with the caption:
"This is why you don't order from China!" adding: "I paid $230 for a quilt with arm holes and iron ons."She told Seventeen: "I thought they had sent me a bed sheet. Although the dress they sent me was pretty, it wasn't what I had paid for."
Another high school student took to Twitter to share her disappointment after her red gown turned out to look nothing like how it was advertised.
Hilarious
