OAP Freeze has weighed in on Tiwa Savage's tell-all interview where she revealed a lot of secrets about the breakdown of her marriage to TeeBillz..He wrote
Dear Tiwa,
I have nothing but love for you, but after I watched all 45 mins or so of your interview, I am a bit disappointed.
Tiwa, I know it hurts when a relationship breaks down, and those accusations T Billz made were extremely hurtful, nonetheless, I believe you could have employed caution when responding, since according to you, he was unstable and suicidal.
In law, if for instance, you walk in on your man in bed with another woman and you shoot him on the spot, you could get a lighter sentence, if your legal counsel argues provocation. On the flip side, if you walk out of the scene to get a gun and then launch an attack, it's now considered premeditated.
The fact that you granted a 'pitch perfect' interview, with a flawless visual background and superb audio quality, in my opinion looks a bit premeditated.
If you had denied all his accusations and asked to swear on ayelala or amadioha or sango as against the lie detector test, since on no instance has a polygraph ever been used in Nigeria, and if afterwards you had requested for privacy, as you deal with such a sensitive issue, this matter would have been laid to rest. How are you going to tell Nigerians not to talk about issues you 'used your own hand' to make public? This could only serve to further delay your healing.
Even though my prayer is for your issues to be resolved and for joy to return to your home, the breakdown of a marriage is not the end of the world, I have been through it and my world did not end. However, do you realize that the interview you gave could lead to the end of TJ's world? Who is now going to hire, work with, or have any business dealings with an unstable, adulterous, fraudulent, cocaine sniffer who cannot manage money and has his priorities misplaced? Whether you like it or not, that is what the interview has delineated him to be. In furtherance to this, if he was suicidal before, this interview is only going to make him even more suicidal!
I know you both love Jamil so in all this drama, lets be very careful to shield him, as the Internet never forgets and his friends and classmates will always have his father's tweets along with your interview as points of reference.
This freeze of a guy is annoying so Tiwa should continue sucking it up while the good for nothing cocaine sniffing man talks tarsh abt her n ruin her image n career. Is alright Nigeria men with so much expection from women since 1900. Tiwa did well 2 clear it all up n explain

ReplyDeleteFreeze definitely has a point in this write up. This entire TJ/Tiwa episode is not just about them both. They are forgetting that Jamil is involved and the internet never forgets. Not saying what TJ did was right. It was very wrong but Tiwa should not have responded in such a comprehensive manner spilling all kinds of gory details (i must confess i was not really interested in). Sometimes we let anger get the best of us and we do things we will come to regret later. Even with the interview she gave not many people sympathized with her and that was definitely not what she expected. I think those who know them know the truth and she didn't have to try to prove it to the world in that way. He said terrible things but she spilled their entire life to people most of whom don't deserve to know. Not everything that happens between couples should be put out there like that. They can divorce and carry their burden. No matter how she is "Done" with him he will always be a part of her life because of Jamil. Sometime in future she will come to regret putting it all out there the way she has done. It will hurt her, TJ and Jamil (Jamil most) in future. Some of the things she said were not necessary to spill. When you put your business out there like that you give everyone the right to butt into your affairs. Lastly, its still a mans world (like it or not) here on, what TJ has done will cease to be a crime (he will even be celebrated)but what she's done will linger on and she will be consistently judged by it. She should have just give a few vague statements to the media. It should have been about her being hurt about the things TJ said, the fact that they are not true but it is understandable it happened because he has been depressed for a while and ask her fans and concerned people to pray for them would have been sufficient in my opinion.

DeleteI was absolutely irritated at what Tj put out on social media. And as a married man, I told my wife, who happened to believe him, that he must be on some drug or something as no right thinking man would put out his life like that wether good or bad.
I then became more disgusted at the reply of Tiwa. I just stopped watching the sordid video halfway and left my wife watching it. I just feel really bad for Jamil who is just finished (I really hope not), before he even had a chance!
These two (Tiwa and Tj) deserve each other jor! Good riddance to them both!

ReplyDeleteAnd Etcetera will be laughing in his native language now. I remember him calling Tiwa out in one of his write ups after Tiwa had her fairy tale wedding in Dubai. Saying she married a second hand husband. Hmmmm...."look before you leap cos love is blind but marriage is an eye opener" is the lesson learnt from this their brouhaha. They both deserve to be happy and this whole public linen washing won't help 'em at all cos even if they forgive each other,the internet will not forgive them by deleting it and will be in the records for life. Wish them well as they both move on.
