    Hmmmm, I think best rapper shouldn't be limited to only lyrics and dressing but it is way beyond that, I feel a rapper is one who is a rhymer and still a poet.. cos rap is all abt rhythm and peom and that being said, Mr. INCREDIBLE aka M.I is the best rapper but others r Gud, I believe no one is wack
