Did Chris Brown just react to Karrueche saying she's ready to date again?

A few hours after Karrueche tweeted she is getting back into the dating world,Chris Brown posted this with a really harsh and direct caption....
Fans feel it's his reaction to Karrueche ...I think so too.She didn't need to announce it,making people flood Chris' timeline to taunt him...
