Creepy or creative? See the hot dog stand which has many disgusted

This hot dog stand was uploaded on Reddit by a user and has now gone viral with many branding it disgusting.Well,if you don't have a dirty mind,you probably might not get what the fuse is about.Just a stand right ? It is not known where it was erected at the poster didn't give details.
