Aunt who sued nephew,12 for breaking her wrist during greeting loses case

This woman shocked the world when she dragged her now 12 year old nephew to court for breaking her wrist when he ran to hug her 4 years ago.She has lost the case .She was requesting for $127k in damages ,saying she couldn't lift trays any longer and her life hasn't been easy.

Jennifer Connell claimed Sean Tarala should be held accountable for his behaviour after he jumped into her arms for a cuddle at his eighth birthday party.
But a jury took just 25 minutes to decide the 54-year-old didn't deserve a single penny and threw the case out of court.
Speaking about the youngster outside court, one female juror told the Daily News:
“We just couldn't find him, you know, liable for what happened."

    Loses case sound so good, thrown out of court or disgraced, where the 12 year old for see money to pay her if she had won? And was she goin to take it? The physcological effect on. D 12 year old alone.. D boy will be wondering wat he did wrong.. Dear broke aunty, go find work abeg.
