MPN Family Interactive Session- If You Reading This...You're One Of Us!!

If you are reading this now..Thanks a million for being here. It's been a while since we interacted. I've been a little bit under the weather(totally expected at the moment) ...

You know there is always a point in one's life when you feel like, you have lost your inspiration, and need rest, a break, a change.

Recently, I've been feeling that way, can't write, in fact if not for the love I have for blogging and the fact I know I have you especially those who are here everyday, commenting, encouraging and defending this blog and my little efforts.

I read your comments, I also read your criticisms both constructive and not.
So today, I am throwing the floor open.
Let's know how you really feel. What do you want to see on this blog..What are you tired of (Please don't say Kardashians) lol.. Feel free. You know what, as much as people hate them, you click on Kardashian stories even more. Ironical right?

So, as I was saying, let's discuss. What do you like to read. What's absent, what should be changed.
I promise I would look into that, an put up another post on the changes and resolution.

Thanks a million to you my MPN family. Look forward to reading from you. Also any question you need me to answer, just ask and i'll reply.

    Emeh ur situation lately(being under the weather) is completely understandable. I sincerely commend ur efforts.
    However, one of the things I find boring is ur continuous use of some expressions..e.g. u almost always write " the 27yrs old" on all Rihanna post and now " the 18yrs old" on all posts abt Kylie. I know ur more creative than that!

      Based on Meeting "Blog readers"pictures every weekend..What happened pls??You said you wanted it to be a competition whereby at the end of each month we would have a winner.. We did it for 3months and you never picked a winner...even when I pointed it out you still didn't address the situation... Now that chapter has been closed....That was the only avenue for us to have fun...Asides Blogger's Diary....its not easy but you just have to take us along.

    Dear misspetitenaijablog,
    lately, lindaikeji has bin posting some very very disgusting pictures online, like d man with the tin on his back, d spider in a woman's ear, d kid that needs facial reconstruction...n she just puts it like that without any warning n so any1 that visits d blog will see it. don't ever do that. i'm a C.U student n most of us have stopped visiting linda cos of that, we now either go to stelladimoko, media take out or you.
    There something else you can do, linda's blog is something else, she updates regularly(except on her birthday, d day after n i think whenever she's on a flight or something), u don't update fast enough n your gist can't be compared to hers. Take sometime to study d differences between what she does n what you do.
    Also, try something new with the design for your blog maybe instead of using pink use a beautiful pattern, something less...pink.
    But most importantly be you!! Don't give up or stop, i know that nowadays every1 has blog, just keep doing what you do. (n i read 1 story u wrote about love, don't worry it's coming. i know you find it hard to trust men, many women do. just try things out like this--make him your best friend first b4 u start dating**this is d secret of the best marriages) n tell him EVERYTHING but in DUE TIME(i.e with the right timing).

    I joined MPN fam last year, and have since be stuck to this blog, visting and commmenting ceaselessly in and out of busy schedules.

    In spite, we find Kardashian's story sometime appalling, some of their story are worth sharing and no doubt get internet buzzing. Have long got over the it.

    Recently, the blog has practically turned to fashion blog. We only get to see what celebs wear most often and leaving other area the MPN blog covers. This is not to say it's bad but a balance will bring variety.

    I must say I do enjoy every post especially blogger's diary. It will be a good idea to run a 'meet blog visitor' every Saturday.

      SVC it's me again. Just one question. Are you sure that you don't have several children from different baby mamas that you don't know of?
      When you get to my age make sure you run paternity tests on the young women that you come across and want to get down with.

      It can fail. Believe me. A good friend of mine just discovered that he has a child. Seriously. My friend even had the mouth of her womb tied and she still has a beautiful baby girl afterwards. It's not a 100% foolproof

    MPN used to be home for me where I'd come to laugh, learn and interact with awesome people with divers views, but for some weird reason I come in here lately and I just loose interest. Find it a bit difficult to read up on something that catches my fancy. Less Diary, more of Female Fashion, loads of the kardashians, some irrelevant stories and of course the interesting one's. So what I basically do is come scroll through and I'm off. Shout out to punchline who i introduced to this family for contacting me to know why I've not been commenting and I told him I no longer find the blog as interesting as it used to which he also confirmed.

    I really do not know what I'll ask you to tone down on dear, its your blog and I can't tell nor decide for you on what and what not to post, but I'd suggest you try to balance it up and make posts much more interesting, or you can come up with some new stuff to grow your fan base. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

      Stealing news and putting the source is not a big deal. Stella, linda and the rest do copy news too and at the end they put the source as a word without links of the blog. So Emeh should start it too cos am damn tired of reading kardashian this, bruce that, whitenicious this, klie this. Please give us a break on those stuffs. I started following ur blog since last year but most of ur update is seriously annoying. Try add things like, fashion news as in latest design, hair style, educational stuffs and pics, words of encouragements, that ur dairy stuff, and any thing you can think of. Just think and analyze it cos Seriously you need to upgrade in certain ways. Incase you dont know me. Last year i use to comment with ID sexy mama. But it doesnt matter

    Emeh my dear sis one thing u should always note is,U are special in ur own way u are very unique,.....we all are family for in stance using example of the house of GOD,u find out dey do evangelism they reach out to their members who are missing in church services\Activities....@also so u can also do that on ur blog try and create a forum where u will get to have all most all BVS Email address,those that have being absent for a long time u can mail them or contact them in so doing they will feel loved and always look forward to ur blog......it is well

    Hehehe, am glad you pointed this out yourself..Funny enough this is coming almost when I joined this blog and ever since then I don't think av visited other blogs besides MPN..Well, the truth is, no one knows it all and at some point you may not get it right all the time.. Kardashians are not the issue here, they make headlines and that can't be over-emphasised, away from that, you need to balance the blog a little bit with some fun times like asking a question and getting people's view, that brings us together too.. Meeting blog readers I think was suggested by me if not no-shaking and that unites and binds us very well too and also will attract more people here. About critics,. In whatever you do in life, if you don't get criticised, then you had better adjust and look deep,, you must be criticised, so don't let that bother your head, blogging is not easy and you need to be up and doing and even sacrifice some things you used to do just for the sake of blogging. That your under the weather, hehehe, I want an answer ooo, but you know where to answer me.. Hehehe, and lastly some BV's are missing, I mentioned that sometime, those you have their email try to check on them just to know if they are ok, so it won't be like the case of "Barbie doll"( may her soul rest in peace).. Above all, MPN is more like a family and we are not in competition with anyone.. Just do your thing and God will do the rest..!!!

    Hey, hi Emeh. It is very much cool to see that you still have the interest of ur viewers in heart, other than just chipping in gists and news for us and then disappear till your next gists is compiled and completed. I must commend you on that. And now, back to the situation at hand, with what I just read from your write up I just kinda fathomed that you do not have the passion for writing or any sort of this. More like tryna give up on this. True, may not be that easy keeping fate on this. But what I'd suggest u bring up or do here is you getting ur readers' involved once or twice a week in something like sharing their stories in view to life more like a 'reader's diary' and also who ever that has a good article, you could publish it here for other readers to see and learn. That's what I gatta say. Just keep the fire burning here for us, that's all what we seek. Cos I visit this blog daily, just scroll, read and bounce.     Hi Eme.
    You really are trying. I know it's not easy doing what you are doing and keeping pace with happenings around the globe. I read every story you upload on the MPN mobile app on Android.
    However, I'd love to read more of Sports stories in your blog, as that aspect is greatly missing.
    Secondly, I think you will get more comments if the Mobile App is updated to accommodate comments so reader wouldn't have to go through browsers to leave their comments.

    Well done; your blog is one of the most decent blogs and teenagers and adults can always read your blog. You also have a good eye for good news. Most bigger blogs copy from you. One thing though; Miss petite is the expert at Instagram news especially Nigerian celebrities. You used to be the first to write about them but you have deviated from that recently. Do less of Daily mail news and more of that original touch; miss petite is known for. Blogging is one of the most demanding jobs I have ever seen. You guys still doing it have my utmost respect.

    Hi dearie,

    To me, the greatest strength mpn has is that it is like a close knit family with quite sensible people. A story came up a few months back about the deformed children place and we seemed interested in getting involved but that died down. We might not be at the place where we can be doing big giveaways like lib, but maybe we don't need to do that since someone already does that. Let's focus on making an impact in the community, let's be the change we desperately speak about/seek to bring about d transformation we need. Imagine mpn blog as a group represented at a breast cancer walk/run, that will give everyone a huge feeling of satisfaction. Before we start talking about availability and all that, I am aware we don't all reside in a particular place (I live in Canada but visit home often) but like I said, we are a family, those around can represent d others. Christmas is just around d corner, how awesome will it be that d mpn family picks something in d community to impact?? Let's do d fun stuff too but let's not forget d deep stuff.
    I understand that not everyone will share my opinion, it is just a suggestion.

    Hmmm..so I've been very busy all day hence my lateness on this post but I'll still say something.
    I wish Emeh could post more often. I understand it's not easy but I wish to read more here especially with some top bloggers feeding us with so much "junk news" these days. There's nothing wrong in getting content from your readers. We could submit articles for sharing & discussions.
    Also, the old blog members should learn to accept the "new" ones. Some of us have been visiting this blog without commenting until recently. Keep up the good work.

Visit other blogs steal their post n repackage it cos I know it's not a crime to do dat.     Then once in a while, you can try breaking news. SDK had a large fan base before breaking the news about Toke's cheating hubby. That breaking news got her additional fans from all over. I think breaking news helps too because even if other bloggers will copy your breaking news, they will make reference to you (culled from MPN blog). Just keep your ears on the ground, get that 1 breaking news that will shake people and watch crowd run here.

    Also, the MPN cocktail/networking was only successful in Lagos. If there are serious blog readers in other states ready to put something together, give them the support and go ahead to help blog readers in that area be a kind of family. Such that when a breaking news happens around them, you will be the first they will tell it to. Albeit, do not relent.

    Remember you put up so much into this before it became a reality yea? The sky is gonna be your starting point. Happy Sunday.
