I wonder why ghana has so many half casts created in the colonial days. What drove the british colonialists to sleep with the ghana women of those days? I wonder why the same british never slept with nigerian women of those days. Is that the ghanian women of those days were more desirable than their naija counterparts? Justin thinkin out aloud.
You all may wonder, why does he say what he says. Well partly its cause its who i am. But mostly cause he really wants to say something, to get some me expression out there. So he needs to get your attention. What better way to say what i want to express than say it on a national blog. I want to talk bout ankara. Ankara inspires a lot of my designs. I love ankara. I love ankara cause ankara is inspired by nature. Just like how my designs are also inspired by nature. Let me ask u guys a question, who do u think owns the ankara? Who invented the ankara? That question has always fascinated me. I know the ankara was invented by africans. I would go with west africans to be precise. West africa is such a natural beauty. From rivers, lakes, oceans to nice forestry. What then is ankara. Ankara is cotton and print. Cotton is grown in many parts of africa due to the tropical climate of africa. Its the best thing u can wear in our hot african weather. The guys that created the ankara ages ago knew this. But how did they come about the prints? They were influenced by the beauty of nature around them. From the ornamental colourful fishes in the waters to the beautiful colourful greenery around them. They were so captivated by nature, they created nature based motifs on their cloths. Trying to replicate nature unto their cotton. Today, we even have great designers, such as jewel by lisa doing great ankara inspired designs. Next time you wear ur ankara, take a look at the motifs and u will see they are based on images, found in nature. Its late so i stop here. Just the thots of an interior designer who is deeply in love with africa's natural beauty and her people. Hope u learnt a bit bout the ankara u love to wear.
@Pweety, let's see your own arms. Nadia is beautiful, so if your too jealous to admit it, your neighborhood transformer is near by; you know what to do.
What i meant is that there is white blood running through her veins. Ghanians will understand what im saying and nigerians based in ghana will understand. Thre are so many ghanians with her type of colour and few nigerians with her colour.
