Man starts live video after getting shot in the neck

A young man who was recently shot in the neck instead of getting immediate medical attention, brought out his phone to live stream himself.

He was heard saying
“You should have shot me in my head you feel me?!”. I hope he got to the hospital alive!

We really do hope he made it to the hospital in time.
