Anything wrong with this photo of a father and his twins......

Many have been criticizing this photo and tagging it dangerous.However, if you look closely, its not what it seems.Figure it out?

    My own observation that guy is lying on top of a bed oh so...... They made it look as if he is standing, there's no risk involved he definitely cherish his sweet kids
