Baby rescued by passers-by as it dangles from balcony (Photos)

Shocking images capture the moment an infant can be seen dangling from a balcony, after its head became trapped in the railings.
According to reports the baby had been left home alone and had managed to get out on to the balcony and fallen through the gap between the safety bars.The terrifying incident that took place in Majiang County, Guizhou Province, China shows three brave men coming to the rescue to help the young child trapped by its neck.

After 10 minutes of trying to free the trapped child, the men are seen pushing the baby back on to the balcony.
It is thought the mother had left her child sleeping and went out of her home to meet her mother.
