Hurray,Kylie Jenner is no longer a minor, she is now an adult.The 18 year old celebrated her new age with blonde locks and the ring on her wedding finger..She celebrated with Tyga and her family..Caitlyn Jenner,Kris Jenner and boyfriend,Khloe and her man,Kim and Kanye,Kourtney were all there to celebrate with her..
