Reps candidate caught with 4,000 PVCs in Enugu [Photos]

PDP reps candidate, Dr. Chukwuemeka Ujam, for Nkanu East/West Fed. House of Reps under PDP was allegedly caught yesterday by the military with 4000 pvcs at Ozalla , Nkanu East Lga Enugu State. According to Daily post,Ujam is the immediate past Commissioner for Land in Enugu State.
