Arrest Fani Kayode Now- BSO tells Security Agencies

Buhari Support Organization, BSO, has called for the arrest of the Director, Media and Publicity unit of the PDP presidential campaign organization, Mr. Femi Fani-Kayode for announcing on Sunday that PDP was already leading in 23 states .During a press conference in Abuja yesterday they said.
“We strongly condemn in its entirety, the recent outburst and blatant misinformation of the general public by Mr. Femi Fani-Kayode that the PDP is already leading in 23 states of the federation.
This claim is a total breach of the electoral act and is designed to cause the breach of peace. Gen. Mohammadu Buhari had repeatedly emphasised to his supporters to maintain calmness in that face of provocation by the ruling party. This recent utter exhibition of lawlessness enmeshed in the typical character of impunity by PDP is unacceptable.
“We ask the security agencies to immediately effect the arrest of Mr. Fani-Kayode for breaching relevant sections of the electoral act which forbids any organ outside INEC from officially declaring election results. His arrest for further questioning will be a clear indication that the security agencies are truly unbiased participants in this electoral process as this declaration is also a breach of both the 1st and 2nd Abuja Peace Accord.
“We call on the international community and observers to note the steps being taken by PDP to cause severe breach of peace and call them to order. We also ask our supporters to maintain the peace as we await the official announcement from INEC of the authentic result for the March 28th elections.”

    1. I read on INEC code of conduct DAT if anybody say his or her party is leading by a figure b4 d actual announcements of d official results, then it attract a penalty of 2yrs imprisonment or 500,000 naira bail fee or both...so I think it a genuine call.....

    3. Whatever whatever but we all got aware of this rule after after jega addressed the nation on Sunday. Both parties were guilty of announcing results. Ddnt I read on omojuwa's TL that David mark lost? Ddnt I read that GMB is leading in Abuja? They way these Buhari's supporters shout 'arrest' and 'prison' is just wow!

    5. @ same girl and Sandra: an igbo adage says that every dog eats faeces but it's onlt the one the faeces is seen on it's mouth is accused of eating it. What am I trying to say? FFK is the DG for media and publicity if am not mistaken. He issued an official statement/press release claiming that his party is winning by 2 to 3 million votes thereby failing that particular rule. APC on the other hand did not issue any official statement or press release. Any of their members caught announcing a result can be said to be acting on his own and not on the will of the party as no statement was issued by them. In life, being successful goes beyond being intelligent or knowing how to blow grammar, being smart or clever is one of the keys of success.
