Kim K goes topless as she and Kanye have s*x in the bathroom...

 Kim  went topless in the new episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians...

In the explosive trailer, Kim and Kanye West are shown trying to do all they can to get pregnant for a second time, even seemingly resorting to sex in the bathroom during a photoshoot.

According to E!As she was getting dolled up for a pictorial, Khloe queries: 'Was Kanye here?... You didn't bone in a bathroom.'


Kim turns her head toward her sister while flashing a wry smile and pointing at her, to which Khloe responds: 'That's how hard you're trying?'

It is quickly followed by Kim visiting a doctor while hooked up to an ultrasound machine, the physician says: 'We want to see another pregnancy some time soon.'
