Nigeria is 54 today and despite all the challenges, we rise even higher, grown stronger.
-Let's pray we continue to win the battle against insurgency, wanton killings and disregard for human life and property.
-I pray especially for the innocent children caught up in situations they know nothing about .
-I pray we all join hands and contribute to the growth of this nation in our own little way ..
-I pray God continues to bestow wisdom in the hearts of our leaders.
-I pray for Peace....
Happy Independence day and a prosperous new month to all you you .. Let the drums roll...Enjoy your day..

Happy Independence
ReplyDeleteAmen Amen. Am still Nigerian, despite all our challenges, Nigeria is still my country, my identity, my Nationality, my roots is here.
ReplyDeleteEveryday I hope that Nigeria will be better but with her present security challenge, political turmoil, unemployment and other issues, I realise that am not what am supposed to be - a faithful, patriotic, dedicated and hopeful Nigerian. Is it my fault?
But somewhere in my heart I still crave for a better Nigeria and a peaceful Nigeria just like Emeh. I still await a miracle - a powerful miracle. I want a good Nigeria for all : girls, boys, women, men, Igbo, Hausa, Yoruba, Ijaw, Efik..A good Nigeria. A peaceful Nigeria. One Nigeria.
One luv
