We do not owe Duncan Mighty N50m -Rivers State Goverment

If you recall, Duncan Mighty sent out an open letter alleging the Rivers State Government owes him a balance of 50 million for a Celebrity Youth Endorsement Concert in Port Harcourt which he organised on the 30th of March 2011.He said he was given 10 million naira through the then secretary to the state Govt. Senator Magnus Abe and the Governor,Rotimi Ameachi personally promised the balance of N50m will be paid.If you missed it HERE
Well, the state commissioner for information, Ibim Semenitari told Premuim Times, Duncan's allegations are false...
"There is absolutely no truth in that allegation. The question perhaps you should ask Duncan is to tell you exactly when was he contracted; when it was executed and who contracted him? It is unfortunate when some people imagine that they have attained a status that enables them blackmail others, tell blatant lies and get away with it.Without joining issues with Duncan Mighty, I would suggest that you double check on his antecedents and his friendships”
