After ditching her wild girl antics ,it appears Miley Cyrus is back to her old ways as she posed completely naked on the cover of acclaimed photographer David LaChapelle's forthcoming book Lost + Found.
Leaving nothing to the imagination, the singer appeared as a nude butterfly, with only a flesh-toned bodysuit
