 The Duchess of Cambridge,  Kate Middleton has a remarkable ‘baby-faced’right knee.When walking,fans on Reddit noted there appears to be an image of a baby's head which they have likened to Caper the Ghost,on her right knee.

The optical illusion has been snapped on numerous occasions .
