A gunman has opened fire at Ft Lauderdale Airport in Florida, killing at least five people and injuring a number of others.
At least nine people were shot , local media reports.Five people have been declared dead so far, while at least six others are wounded, official sources told NBC and CNN.
Horrified witnesses have described how "everyone" started running as the gunman opened fire at the popular airport.
