Could this be Buhari's infected ear? (Photo)

President Buhari left Nigeria for London on a 10 day vacation and to also visit an ear,nose doctor..Sahara reporters obtained this image of the president and alluded to the fact it could be the president's infected ear.
It looks slightly swollen.
