ReplyDeleteUse sunscreen and try to eat mostly diet if fruit and veggies. Plant based diet. It's called vegan. No animal based food like fish, egg, dairy. Very tough for a Nigerian to do but mehn the results are breathtaking. Ur skin, ur body, everything will be on point. They have vegan choices here in Yankee. Gluten free cakes burgers, pasta that tastes like the real thing. I'm trying to see if I can be vegan for a couple weeks and my skin is thanking me for it already. Can't remember the last time I had pimple
