Aisha Alhassan becomes first Nigerian female governor,as tribunal declares her winner

The Taraba State Governorship Election Tribunal has nullified the election of Governor Darius Ishaku,declaring Aisha Alhassan winner.The former senator who is now a minister-designate contested under the platform of the All Progressives Congress.

Alhassan had challenged the election of Governor Darius Ishaku, the Peoples Democratic Party candidate in the April 11 election.
Delivering judgement on Saturday, Justice Musa Abubakar ruled that Aisha Alhassan should be returned as the rightful winner of the election.

    Congratulation to d first elected female govnr in nig,bt it's becoming ridiculous dt it's only apc candidate dt is winning,for instance most of d pple of oyo state did nt not vote for ajimobi nd he also won at d election tribunal,thou mama taraba truly won bt there ar some dt did nt win,jst bcos dey ar in apc dey declare dem winner,which is unfair.
