"I'm just 16,these plastic surgery rumours hurt my feelings"-Kylie Jenner fires back

Last month, she fired up plastic surgery rumours when she showed off fuller lips,a thinner nose and all(left).Now she claims she didn't have surgery but it was just makeup...
Who still thinks it's not makeup....
