Why Religion is stupid - My story (Must Read)

A reader sent this article and i decided to publish it for you guys to read ..

 What do you think about religion? ........what religion do you belong to? ....... personally i think religion is very stupid,whats the point of serving a higher being when not everyone is?.....there are muslims ,christians, hindu guys etc.....at the end of the world (if there is one) , only one of these groups will be right and the rest will suffer eternal damnation(as they call it) , so you can abstain from sex all you want,refrain from attending parties or taking alcohol , if the muslims are right at the end, all other religions and their followers alike burn, so whats the point?



 I personally am agnostic, meaning i am not totally against the idea that there is a supreme being but there isn't substantial proof, any scientist worth his salt would tell you why there is no God and break down the reasons why, I personally have scoured the internet looking for those reasons and there are many, take for example kids that are born with cancer or aids, if there was a God there wouldn't be kids like that, I mean come on!......did those kids do anything wrong to deserve it? , are they loved less than those born healthy? , did God put them in the world just to suffer from birth and die prematurely?........

Some people will say Instead of me to complain i should thank God for making me normal, that is complete B.S ......... Is it okay for a mob boss to kill one member of the gang so that the others respect him?......what exactly is the difference? ....... when i see parents of kids who died from diseases grieve and say God has a reason for taking their child, I am fascinated by their attitude ......what could that reason be?.....he allowed the wife to carry the child for 9 months just so that she could cry when it dies ....... there's a reason why a lot of rich people don't believe in God, its not because they are arrogant , its because they know that instead of staying at home praying to God and attending vigil every night, they work hard for their money. I just remembered vigil.....whats the deal with that?......why do ppl go to vigil more than once for a problem?....

.it should be solved the first time they ask "God" for it ......Look at white people they are n half as religious as us but still they are far better off, why is that?........lastly look at the world........ Wars, Famine ,Natural disasters etc ..... where is "God" in all this..... Most people don't even know why they believe in God, Its just because everyone around them does or they were born into a christian family .....

 I am from a strong christian family and i have been going on with this christianity stuff my whole life, until my pastor asked generally why we believe in God, It was nt the first time someone had asked me that but it was the first time i tried to answer but all i could come up with is "because that's how i was brought up"........

Maybe this doubt is because of what my mom is going through with my dad ...... they are practically divorced but still living together in different rooms and she doesn't want to leave and remarry because she believes God can heal her marriage......and that was almost 8yrs ago ........anyway most of you will say i feel this way because i haven't suffered that s why i'm talking like this ....  well you are right, I never had to struggle, my family is relatively rich so i get by just fine, but that isn't the point, you don't have to be rich or poor to have an opinion ........ And get this, i started questioning religion when my parents put me in a christian school .... oh the irony ..... anyway that is all for now ......
