 Kiss Daniel has filed an official response to the lawsuit filed against him by former record label,G Worldwide Entertainment. The response issued by his legal team disputes G Worldwide's claim of ownership of the name ''Kiss Daniel''. The statement also claims, the injunction sought by G Worldwide was dismissed by the court.

Meanwhile, he is still publicizing his booked shows on social media.
