Delta Police Arrest Kidnapper Pretending To Be Mentally Unstable

Delta state police, has arrested a kidnapper who pretended to be mentally unstable.

The said man, was said to have tried kidnapping 2 kids and was about killing one of them before he was apprehended.

May God help us all.
