Senate rejects Buhari’s plan to borrow $29.9 billion

The Senate on Tuesday morning rejected President Muhammadu Buhari's request to borrow $29.9bn over a period of three years.

Also, save for the intervention of the Senate President Bukola Saraki, majority of Senators this morning earlier rejected the request to consider President Buhari's Ambassadorial Nominees.
