Meet the Asian Model whose real age leaves fans stunned

A model has become the latest online sensation to wow fans with her incredible appearance - because many assume she is about half her age.
Risa Hirako who is mistaken for a woman in her 20s is actually 45..With an Instagram account of 93,000 fans, the Tokyo-based beauty strips down to bikinis and lingerie.
 As for where she gets her good looks , a snap she shared of lunch with her mum shows that good genes are probably inherited ...
