Half-naked couple have sex in middle of pavement in broad daylight

This couple were caught having sex in broad daylight on a pavement near a main road in  Sukharevo.
The pair were caught by a shocked onlooker who posted the picture on Twitter.
The image has gone viral and become a popular meme.. 
The lovers could reportedly face a heavy fine for 'hooliganism' if they're exposed.

      They were not caught. Doing a thing like that in the broad day light and in the middle of the road means they wanted all to see

    Konji na bastard! Wetin prick and tohtoh go cause,hennn,,BTW,N100 and N1000 were best friends one day they had an accident and both died.On reaching paradise entrance ,N100
    was allowed to enter freely .So N1000 asked am I not N100 times more valid than him? how can he enter while I'm outside? The angels answered N100 &
