After putting the initial filing on hold, Khloe Kardashian
has once again filed for divorce from the former NBA player in a Los
Angeles court on Thursday citing irreconcilable differences.
After getting married in 2009, she first filed for divorce from Lamar in December 2013.
The split was never finalized, however, and Kardashian withdrew the petition to divorce after Odom was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel last year, and stayed by his side during his long medical recovery.
According to TMZ,there is a prenup and the two worked out a property settlement the first time around, so now it's just a waiting game. In California, a divorce cannot become final until 6 months after it's filed.
Khloe and Lamar are on good terms and he was given a heads-up she was filing. In the docs, Khloe does say she wants to legally drop the Odom name and go back to her maiden handle.
