She may have opted to keep her newborn son Saint West out of the limelight ,however, Kim Kardashian proved that her baby boy is always with her as she was seen wearing a silver choker which spelled out her son’s name .
She was filming an upcoming episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians with Kourtney and also showed off her hot post baby body..
