This powerful photo shows the reality of motherhood!

Just saw this amazing photo with a powerful caption on instagram ...Inspiring ,and shows the wonders of motherhood..Read below
"I posted this and someone wrote me - I don’t think anyone wanted to see this.My response - Art isn’t always about whats aesthetically pleasing. Sometimes you need to show people reality. This is real shit.
This is what life is after partying and being a wild thin teen and reading bullshit books about werewolves. It isn’t clear skin and skinny bodies and free time forever. Its stretch marks, wrinkles, shitty baby diapers and laying in weird ass positions to keep your children happy because you love them more than your comfort or your smooth pert body. Its being overweight and having sex, wrinkly fat sweaty real shit adult parent long term relationship sex and then trying to slip in half an hour of sleep before your kid flips shit at 1am. And its poetic and awesome. Fuck your skinny smooth boring ass ideal of what life should be that you ripped out of some dumb ass teen cosmo. My life is goddamn beautiful even if my belly is a wreck. 5. @Brown Sugar i'm not.saying it's a death sentence. Just that one should be prepared for anything!

@Belinda what exactly r u begging to differ from? Make ur point clear plss

@Amaka Nnaji next time read bbefore you rush to reply! I said motherhood isn't rosy all the time, meaning it's usually hard! Or are u telling me that you've never experienced any form of hardship at all since you becamea a mother? And stretch marks doesn't always come from scratching, some are just natural like that..

      Delete
    6. And i also said.. "You usually lose ur dream bod". I didn't say you must always lose ur dream bod!! Understand me people!

And don't come here to preach to me how easy motherhood is if you have a nanny or a maid in your home helping you,you hear? Hypocrites

    7. @ yo # I said.
      @ its hard!
      @ losing yo dream bod!

As 4 the woman in tht pic she is scarring me, not everyone tht has a bby has stretch marks, has flabby tummy or feed in awkward positions (at first I ddnt even recognise tht its a woman, looked like a pig).

    8. How can anyone say motherhood is not hard? Hian

Bloggy is totally right! Single ladies need to hear and see it exactly how it is!! Forget that thing oo hmmm, and also losing that baby weight is not an easy thing too!! Y'all should take note.

    9. What exactly is hard abt motherhood!?....#meizlostnow really!

    10. @Belinda you saw a pig at first? And the lil cuties suckling are baby pigs too abii? *smh* for you

      Now I'll answer your very ignorant question;

      1) Belinda if it isn't hard, why then do bankers and most working class mothers hire nannies and maids? Why couldn't they just do the whole thing themselves and still be a good, caring mother since it's so easy?

      2) Belinda do you know that its not every mother out there that has a Washing machine to help them wash? Many of them out there have to use their hands to wash and scrub out the dirt from their children's clothes everyday! And believe me that ain't easy at all..

      3) Belinda do you know that many mothers have lost their self esteem because when they look at their body after childbirth, they see nothing to be proud of again? Oh yess that's part of motherhood hardships too

      4) Belinda do you know the kind of pressure that most of these unlucky women are in cos they'll want to quickly lose that baby fat, so they can satisfy their hubby, the society and their friends too?

      5) Belinda do you know that for some mothers like me that have more than one kid, do you know how many hours of sleep we manage to grab in a night before we have to wake up by 4am to get them ready for school? 3 maybe 4 hrs of sleep if you're lucky that day! #fact

      6) And when you're nursing and working?

      7) Or when they're sick?

      8) Or when some mothers have to go hungry so their kids will eat first!

The list is endless!!! I say it again, motherhood is not all that rosy abeg! Be prepared for anything!!

    11. Jeeezzzz ol these questions jst 4 me?...yes if she looked like a pig then u got it ryt, the 2 wud b the piglets, bt since she's nt....then they're human babies. Um actually smN 4u thou its a bit flat.

2 yo question n answer segment:

      1. Its bcoz they hv jobs n babies are nt allowed in their offices.
      2. I kno tht... n my mother/grandmother/aunts ddnt hv washing machines n they wahsed our clothes, ohh my granny had 2 go 2 the river 2 do tht.
3.I dnt kno tht um yet 2 meet a woman tht lost her self esteem bcoz of giving birth.
      4. No, as in no.3 Um yet 2 meet those unlucky ladies n I really feel sorry 4 them.
      5. OH I kno a lot of women with more than 2 kids n without nannies bt I've neva had any of them crying harddddd....I always hear*joy of being a mother my Dear.
      6. Wat abt tht...?
      7. Even a person without kids do fall sick so yes its not easy for everyone!
      8. That is very normal, its nt something out of ordinary...my grandmother used to do it for us and we lived happily and she was happy to have made us happy.

.....we can continue since the list is endless. ..

      Delete
    12. Lmao I laugh at you and your Ignorance!! Seriously i am laughing at you..
It's been long there's been a drama here, so let's give them some..!

Ooh so you think some working class mothers really wish they were allowed to bring their kids to work? Seriously?? You're not that dumb nah.

Have your heardab out the word "stress?" Yes dear even if they were allowed to bring their kids to their offices, majority of them wouldn't! Cos they would be too stressed to be working and be a mother at the same damn time! Hence the nanny...!

And some of them who aren't working will still get a nanny at home...why? Because motherhood is Stressful!!!

Belinda all your answers to my questions are shallow and meaningless...why? Read what you typed..

My mother this, my grandma that, my aunt this, my friends that!! My point?

You seriously need to get out of that little, comfortable world of yours and look around you!! Other families and other people do exist you know? Go out and ask them for their stories and listen well..

Just cos it wasn't "hard" for your grandma and ur aunts and ur mom, doesn't mean it's same for other people put there!!! Open ur eyes and see woman... you're no more a kid for Pete's sake!!!

I not only talk from my oqn experience, but from the loads of people I've seen ans heard their stories!!

      #Bring it on

      Delete
    13. Iv lukd around Dear n nt heard any of those stories n yes I choose 2 type ma mama this ma granny tht coz they're also women tht raised kids n raised them well without crying *hard. I also hv a baby n i sleep less but wat is there 2 cry hard abt? Is it nt normal 4 momies 2 sleep less hrs than others?
If those working class ladies u're talkin abt were nt working ofcoz they wud b able 2 take care of their kids themselves bt bcoz they're working u dnt expect them nt 2 have nannies, I'll do the same when its time 2 get bck 2 work. U expect me 2 read wat I typed again?...no I cnt coz um typin with #ma bby ryt nw n it makes sense 2 us.
....continue with yo list...we're me n ma bby) stl here..

    14. Oooh so you do have a baby? I didn't know that, well congrats to you! Oh well... when you have more than 1 kid, please come back to me let's talk about this.

Cos no matter how many points or examples i give you, you'll never get it! You're the type of person that likes to hold on to sth even when you know you're wrong but won't believe until you actually see or experience that thing for yourself!!

Btw i have another set of questions for you..

Do you wash your baby's clothes and yours with your bare hands?

Has your baby started school yet?

Has your tummy and your whole body reduced to how it was before the baby?

Tell me where you've seen these plenty women you're talking about and which country they live in! These plenty women that find motherhood sooo easy and smooth they never complain! Really i wanna know so i can move there..

Are you working right now? Cos if you're still a stay at home mom then you can sleep with your baby when he/she sleeps in the day!

What about those women that Do Not have that luxury at all? Are you saying that not sleeping well is a good thing just because we're moms? Are you saying that not being able to sleep at least up to 6hours in a night is healthy?

      Answer me well...
I'm waiting, so you can educate us!!

#Motherhood is sweet, don't get me wrong!! But not all that rosy!!

    15. Thanks*smize....I hv 1 buttttttt I took care of many babies b4 as if they were mine (my younger cousins coz they're wayyyyy younger than me) so I know it all...n ryt nw I hv twins (ma bby n ma friend's baby...I usually look after her bby at times....so if its hard then um here to make it easy 4 her).

      Ok...to yo qs:
1.Yes, sometimes! (I wud hv loved 2 do it always bt I cnt, bcoz of ma skin..).

      2. School ke?...nope.

      3. Ma body?..why? I just wish 2 be a bit bigger (and have a flat tummy but right now um a bit thin with a big..nt so big tummy bt um taking ma time with warm water and lemon to reduce it. I ddnt hv a flat tummy b4 oo, so I wont blame ma bby 4 it. I have Zero stretch marks.

      4. Lots of those mothers are even yo sisters n I see them here in Italy n also in SA. Oh...n a few friends of mine with kids in Kazakhstan, its always sweeeeeeet.

Sleep......ok, nw u answer me? Is it everytime tht u dnt get enuf sleep? Its like u only think abt women that arw working class as u put it, there are also women tht are not working or they work for themselves. Also its like all these women you're talking about do not have husbands or baby daddies or even families help them out with the kids. Yes I kno tht some women are alone bt nt ol of them.

#dont get me rong I love ma sleep oo bt wat can I do....?

#um waiting for tht hardship bt I pray never 2 experience it.

    1. Am not saying its perfect far from it....I said it depends on how you want it to be. I don't have a maid, nanny or any one I do my thing all by my self. I choose when to work when to rest I don't overstress my self, my house is scattered its none of anybody's business its my home I run it the way I like.that's my definition of how u want it to be for you. As for the body I still don't agree cos I have frds with kids with clear skin and they didn't use chemicals or wat have you
