Appeal Court upholds Godswill Akpabio's election(UPDATED)

Contrary to earlier reports ,the Senate Minority Leader for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Godswill Akpabio hasn't been sacked from the senate . The former governor and Senator representing Akwa Ibom State,had his election upheld by the Appeal court .
