Outrage as TIME Magazine asks if Kim Kardashian & Caitlyn Jenner should be it's Person of the Year

TIME magazine has everyone talking after they pitched Kim Kardashian vs Caitlyn Jenner for people to select who should be Time person of the year.Though the ultimate decision will be made by editors,many have taken to twitter to slam TIME saying none is worthy..
