Bail is Free In Nigeria-Police CRU

Nigeria’s Police Complaint Response Unit has stated that despite widely held belief, bail is free in Nigeria.This stance was made known in a sensitization drive on social media, Police CRU tweeted:
 “Bail is free. You are not expected to pay for bail.Women are equally eligible to stand surety.”
To make the police force more accessible to the citizens, Police CRU have developed multiple means of communication including Whatsapp, Twitter, Facebook and BBM.

    Let them continue to deceive themselves thinking they are deceiving us, which police stations will one go to and bail for free, when common pen to write you pay for it...If I hear it again
