Boko Haram Bombings-Borno Imams get metal dectators

In a desperate bid to curb the incessant deaths caused by suicide bombers in mosques,the Borno State Government has distributed metal detectors to Imams in the state to screen worshippers .

This was contained in a statement signed by the Special Adviser to the Borno State Governor on Media, Mallam Isa Gusau, after a meeting held on Sunday in Maiduguri, to plan strategies at stemming attacks on mosques in the state.Gusau said metal detectors were distributed to some of the Imams who were asked to use it to screening worshippers coming into their mosques.
